5. Shipping & Delivery
- Delivery timelines depend on your location and courier partners
- You will receive tracking details once the product is shipped
- Naturals X is not responsible for delays caused by logistics partners, weather, or unforeseen circumstances
6. Returns & Refunds
Our Return & Refund policy is as follows:
a) General Policy
We cannot accept returns or exchanges for:
- Opened or used products
- Damaged products caused after delivery
- Allergy reactions or dissatisfaction with fragrance/texture
- Wrong shade, improper usage or damaged packaging due to customer handling
b) Damaged / Tampered / Wrong Product
If you received a damaged, tampered, or wrong product, you must contact us within 24 hours with:
- Photos of the product
- Photos of inner & outer packaging
- Invoice copy
- Batch number

c) Quality Issues
For quality-related complaints, contact us within 7 days of delivery.
d) Exchange Policy
Exchange will be accepted only if:
- The item is unopened and in saleable condition
- Original packaging is intact
Return pickup charges: ₹200Replacement delivery charges: ₹100(Charges to be paid by the customer)Refunds, if any, will be provided only as store credit.

8. Limitation of Liability
Naturals X is not responsible for:
