We cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

• Damaged products caused after delivery
• Allergy reactions or dissatisfaction with fragrance/texture
• Wrong shade, improper usage or damaged packaging due to customer handling

b) Damaged / Tampered / Wrong Product

If you received a damaged, tampered, or wrong product, you must contact us within 24 hours with:

• Photos of the product
• Photos of inner & outer packaging
• Invoice copy
• Batch number

d) Exchange Policy

Exchange will be accepted only if:

• Original packaging is intact

Return pickup charges: ₹200

Replacement delivery charges: ₹100

(Charges to be paid by the customer)
