At NATURALS X, a sister concern of Naturals Salon Private Limited, we strive to give you the very best shopping experience possible. However, considering that opened or damaged products cannot be reused, we cannot accept the exchange or return of opened or used products once sold or delivered.

In case of damage or quality issues with the product, please reach out to us at care@naturalsx.com or WhatsApp/Call at our customer care number +91-9962281104 (Timings: 10:00 am - 6:00 pm) with the Images of the Product, Invoice, Inner & Outer Packaging and Batch Number. We will try our best to provide a solution in the best possible way.

If you received a tampered or Damaged product, please reach out to us with the picture of the damaged/tampered side of the product or package at care@naturalsx.com or WhatsApp at our customer care number +91-9962281104 within 24 hours of delivery, so we can address your concern at the earliest. Requests later than this will not be accepted.

If you received the wrong products, please keep the product and box unopened and safe in a saleable condition. Write to us with the picture of the product and packaging at care@naturalsx.com or WhatsApp at our customer care number +91-9962281104 within 24 hours of delivery, so we can address your concern at the earliest. We won't be able to accept if the product is opened, tampered, damaged, used or not in a saleable condition.

Returns/Refunds related to products not suitable; texture not suitable, allergic reactions or improper usage will not be eligible for returns/refunds. 
For any product quality complaints, please reach out to us via WhatsApp at our customer care number +91-9962281104 within 7 days of your order delivery. Returns related to NATURALS X is not responsible for any damage caused after delivery. Damages due to neglect, wrong shades for makeup products, unpleasing fragrances, improper opening, usage or wrong application will not be covered; under our Returns Policy.

Exchange of products will be accepted only if the products are returned in a saleable condition and their original packaging to our warehouse. Once receiving the parcel, our team will check it before proceeding with the replacement/refund in the form of a credit note only in rare cases. Return pickup charges (Rs. 200) and replacement delivery charges (Rs. 100) will be applicable as per actuals (to be paid by the customer).
